Which insurance companies offer cashless service today?+
Four companies are fully active today: SBI General, Aditya Birla Health, The New India Assurance and National Insurance. Fifteen more are in final empanelment and will be active within a month.
What if my insurer is still in onboarding?+
You can still receive treatment and claim reimbursement. We'll provide you with medical bills, discharge summary, investigation reports and all hospital registration details (ROHINI ID, KPMEA No, NABH Certificate) to support your claim.
How long does pre-authorization take?+
For planned admissions, pre-authorization takes 2–6 hours after document submission. In emergencies, treatment is initiated immediately and authorization completed within 24 hours.
What is a ROHINI ID?+
ROHINI (Registry Of Hospitals In Network of Insurance) is a registry by the Insurance Information Bureau of India under IRDAI. Only hospitals with a valid ROHINI ID can be empanelled. Our ROHINI ID is 8900080200586.
What treatments are typically covered?+
Most in-patient hospitalisation (24+ hours), day-care procedures, ICU care, pre-admission investigations and post-discharge medication as per your policy. Exclusions usually include non-medical consumables, registration fees, attendant food, etc.
What if my claim is denied?+
Our insurance desk will help you file representations with the insurer / TPA. For partial approvals, the denied portion can be paid at discharge and you may pursue reimbursement separately.
